1. Human Resources
Job Location: Nihiwatu Resort, West Sumba
· Indonesian citizen.
· Comfortable spending extended periods of time in a remote location.
· Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
· Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, and health and safety.
· Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
· Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
· Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
· Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff.
2. Accountant
Job Location: Nihiwatu Resort, West Sumba
· Minimum D-3 in Accounting, a first degree in Finance would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
· Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office software.
· Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Having a good team work, self motivated and hard worker.
3. Reservation
Job Location: Bali Head Office
· Female
· 2-3 years in a similar role within a 5 star luxury hotel/resort group.
· Excellent command of English language.
· Record and process all reservations, amendments and cancellations made by phone/fax/email & websites in line with company standards and within 24 hour period.
· Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
· Check all reservations for the next arrival to ensure all details are correct and that all special requests are being fulfilled.
· Maintain knowledge of special rates / offers / promotions for the resort.
4. Admin & Store Assistant
Job Location: Bali Head Office
· Assist in administering all store control related processing activities and able to multi-task.
· Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel.
