a. COMMIS

Kitchen professionals with safe food handling procedures experience, having the passion and knowledge of Western and Asian cuisines and maintain the high service s standard in every plate served


b. DEMI CHEF de PARTIE

Kitchen professionals with the knowledge of basic cooking techniques, having the passion and knowledge of Western and Asian cuisines and maintain the high service s standard in every plate served


c. CHEF DE PARTIE
Kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served.


d. SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE

Kitchen professionals with fine dining establishments experience, has experience of leading 1 or 2 people, has knowledge of HACCP best practices, having the passion and posses leadership quality to run the show and maintain the high service standard in every plate served.
