Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing the food production / kitchen operations while ensuring highly personalized and detail service to the guests
Requirements:
· Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
· At least 1 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort
· Ability to read and speak in English
· Ability to work in a diverse work environment while remaining focused on guests satisfaction
· Maintain standard food recipes within required production schedule, preparation, service and storage sanitation standard
