SENIOR COOK
With general qualifications:
· Having a good knowledge & skill of food production hot or cold kitchen
· Holding minimum of Diploma III in food Product or related educational background
· Speak and read English well enough to converse with the guest.
· Able to work under pressure
· Having Target Oriented and can do attitude
· Having minimum 1 year in same/similar position in reputable restaurant/villa.
COOK HELPER
With general qualifications:
· Fresh graduated at least 21 years of age
· Some college or vocational training in the area of food service
· Possess experience in quantity food of preparations
· Good performance, creative and can do attitude
DRIVER
With general qualifications:
· Fresh graduated at least 21 years of age
· Be in good health and physically able to perform all duties of a driver.
· Able to drive the vehicle safely.
· Speak and read English well enough to converse with the guest, understand highway traffic and signals, respond to official questions, and be able to make reports and records.
· Good knowledge of the island.
· Good performance, creative and can do attitude
