FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible long working hours.
• Good communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail person, focus on high quality service standards and good leadership qualities.
• Ensure all services offered at the Front Desk are always available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy.
• Able to plan, organize and implement all concepts to ensure top quality day to day operation.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management/Hospitality/Tourism /Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours.
• Result oriented, a strategic thinker with strong leadership and mentoring skills as well as able to lead the overall operations.
• Good communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Responsible to direct and organize the activities of the food & beverage department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize resort profitability.

MARKETING / PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Master in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in hotel or travel industry.
• Good communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia, other languages will be an advantage.
• Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Lead and develop all marketing activities including:-
- drawing up marketing plan of action.
- identifying areas of marketing opportunities.
- monitors activities of competing firm/resorts with a view to developing counter marketing measures.
- develop new product ideas that can increase profitability of the resorts.
- marketing research.

SALES MANAGER
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Sales or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in hotel or travel industry.
• Good communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to interact effectively with all level of people
• Possess positive working attitude, result-driven, independent & self-motivated.
• Responsible to identify, solicit, qualify and close prospective leads, and develop a sale strategy to attract, retain and increase revenue as outlined in the annual sales and marketing plan.


HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGER

Requirements:-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experienced preferably in hospitality industry.
• Computer literate and able to play a leading and supervisory role in the implementation of effective human resource activities such as recruitment, employee relations, training and counseling and well versed in the Indonesian labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently and trustworthy in maintaining confidentiality.
• Good communication (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Requirements:-
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication (written & Spoken) in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Possess good leadership skills in managing subordinates.
• A team player and able to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail, possess good discipline and work conduct.
• Ensures the housekeeping operations run smoothly and effectively in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
• Knowledgeable in housekeeping inventories, equipments and chemicals usage.
• Ability to train, supervise, discipline, counsel and motivate all employee at all times.
