- At least 3 year-experience as Pastry Chef in 5-star International Hotel
- Result and business oriented

2. Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge and skill on Western and Indonesian cuisine
- At least 1 year-experience as Sous Chef
- Result and business oriented
