General Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent (1,2,3,4)
- Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 1 years in relevant field (1-4)
- Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication (1-3)
- Excellent command of English communication (1-4)
- Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1,2,3)
- Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (1,2)
- Well-groomed, personable and have an excellent customer service skills (1,2,3)
- Detail oriented, high accuracy, well organized and strong analytical skills (1,2)
