General Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent
- Previous Hotel experience in a 4/5 star hotel environment at least 2 years in relevant field (1-7), have worked overseas is an advantage (2)
- Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
- Excellent command of English communication (1-7); Speak other foreign languages than English will be an advantage (1)
- Computer literate, preferably with Windows applications such as Word and Excel (1-7); Proficient in spreadsheet (5)
- Knowledge of Fidelio/Opera (1,2,3,5,6,7)
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
- Strong background and good understanding of the following areas(5):
a. F&B Product, Guest Amenities, General Suppliers, Engineering Supplier, FFE/HOE
b. Demonstrated leadership ability ,good interpersonal skills, Initiative, Problem solver
and committed to deadline
