Requirements:

* Male / Female with min 2 years experience in related field.
* Strong people management skills
* Able to drive business and result
* Minimum diploma / bachelor graduated, preferably hotel and tourism school
* Healthy, tidy and energetic
* Creative and resourceful
* Excellent skills in communication and collaboration
* Able to work under pressure
* Taking responsibilities of Training Programs for all of employee and department with regards of employee quality.
