Needs a Strong Entertaintment Experience Candidate as
1. Account Executive
with Responsibilities:
1. Meeting clients to discuss advertising needs
2. Presenting campaign ideas and costings to clients
3. Briefing the creative team who will produce the adverts
4. Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
5. Checking and reporting on the campaign's progress
6. Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign
7. Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client
8. Making 'pitches' to win new business
Requirements:
a. Good spoken and written communication skills
b. Strong presentation and negotiation skill
c. Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
d. Good 'people skills', for working with a range of colleagues and clients
e. The ability to lead and motivate a team
f. A willingness to work long hour often under pressure
g. A professional manner
h. Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets
i. Preferably have exeprience work in entertaintment industry

2. General Manager
Bali
Responsibilities:
1. Expands, keeps, and administers a sound organizational plan; starts developments as essential.
2. Establishes a basic staff strategy, monitors and initiates strategies connecting to staff measures and preparation and specialized improvement programs.
3. Offers recommendations and advice to the committees concerning alterations, resources, maintenance, construction, supplies, equipment and services not offered in accepted plans and budgets.
4. Implements general strategies recognized through the board of directors; directs their management and implementation
5. Properly handles every feature of the club's actions to make sure and keep the quality of services and products offered through the club
6. Offers and directs use of the club's tools, space and resources
7. Manages every aspect of the functions of the club like making sure the club is fully running successfully and meets every principles each night to consist of implementation of guest interaction, beverage, service, atmosphere and cleanliness
8. Evaluates and initiates programs to offer guests through a variety of popular proceedings under the guidelines of Company’s policies
9. Works with management and oversee and supervise the work of all staff members
10. Serves as liaison among all service employees and Owner
11. Writes strategy and rule directives
12. Expands, keeps, and disseminates a basic service philosophy to lead stafftoward optimal working outcomes of guest satisfaction and staff morale
13. Accomplish corporate human resources objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees
14. Communicates job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;
15. Enforces policies and procedures
16. Reviews daily/nightly reports and records
17. Coordinates activities with security
18. Assists security with the preparation of emergency management and contingency planning
19. Initiates personnel actions such as recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal measures
20. Resolves work complaints and involves Human Resources and/or other corporate executives
21. Prepares work schedules; assigns or delegates responsibilities
22. Provides work directives; resolves problems; sets deadlines to ensure completion of operational functions
23. Interprets and disseminates Company policy to subordinate personnel; and evaluates employee performance.
24. Ensures all employees are complying with regulations, ordinance, gaming, Company policies and procedures
25. Walk the Venue premises to ensure the venue is running properly
26. Ensure department's daily records are accurately maintained
27. Develops new revenue streams including programming, promotions, talent
Requirements:
a. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
b. At least 4 years of working experience in entertainment industry as General Manager
c. Preferably have a strong experinece in nightlife Club, Karaoke Tv / Men Spa
d. Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing Entertainment industry.
e. Have strong skill : Leadership, Link/Networking, Marketing Strategy, Management Bisnis Administrative
f. 1 Full-Time position available.
3. Karaoke (KTv) Manager
Bali - jl. by pass sanur no 888 denpasar
Responsibilities:
1. In charge of pricing strategies and concepts of KTV projects, following briefs, and menus presentation;
2. Full involvement in KTV design and layout, menu design, menu implementation;
3. Responsible for total quality of product, presentation, service, experience;
4. Ensure to meet operations financial performance and budget;
5. Develop and manage tenant relationships;
6. Ensure achieving occupancies of the room Ktv
Requirements:
a. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
b. Required skills :Leadership, FnB Entertaintment
c. At least 3 years of working experience in Club, Karaoke or entertainment
d. Preferably have strong experience in KTv entertainment
e. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in night life Club and Karaoke Tv or equivalent Job
