1. Butlers – 2 positions
Male/Female, energetic, outspoken applicants required, with following attributes, who are good at spoken and written English, relevant work experience; at least 1 year in F&B Service, experienced Butler or housekeeper,  or with 6 months with good track record, well-groomed, disciplined, and pleasant personality, are welcome to apply.  Good team player with positive attitude.

2. Receptionist – 1 position
Efficient, discrete, friendly, sympathetic, team player, analytical and problem solving skills, decision making skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, computer skills including, word, excel, outlook express, proficient, time management, and very good command of English. Ability to check-in guests,  answer telephones, concierge abilities, taking messages & reservations, and looking for career progression.

3. Cook – 4 positions
Thorough knowledge of the materials, methods, and equipment used in preparing food on a large scale
Considerable knowledge of health hazards in food preparation and service, and of necessary precautionary measures, have knowledge  of a large variety of food recipes,  food values, menu planning, and uses for left-over food. Able  to work from written menus and standard recipes, to take inventory and keep records of foodstuffs used, to give significant assistance in planning menus,  and determining quantities of foodstuffs required in preparing banquets and regular meals
Ability to work long hours while standing, Good team player with positive attitude

4. Waitress – 1 position
Efficient, good communication skills, highly active, friendly, service orientation, able to coordination, critical thinking, have time management, active learning and have good knowledge of FB service
