1. BARISTA
Specific Requirements:
• Male or Female, minimum 25 years old and max 35 years old
• Diploma Degree is a plus
• Excellent communication presentation skills & has a patient
• Proficient in English is a must
• Pleasant, charming, outgoing personality and embraced
• Has a minimum two years working experience as a Barista
2. BARTENDER / SS
Specific Requirements:
• Male or Female, minimum 25 years old and max 35 years old
• Diploma Degree is a plus
• Excellent communication presentation skills & has a patient
• Proficient in English is a must
• Pleasant, charming, outgoing personality and embraced
• Has a minimum two years working experience as a Bartender / ss
3. Chef de Partie
Specific Requirements:
• Male or Female
• Diploma Degree in Food Production background
• 2 years related experienced or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
• Having good knowledge in Indonesian, Western and Asian
• Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes
• Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in
recipes
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance
requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good sense of urgency, tasks accomplisher and able to work in shift
4. COOK
Specific Requirements:
• Male or Female
• Diploma Degree in Food Production background
• 1 year related experienced or an equivalent combination of education and
experience
• Having good knowledge in Indonesian, Western and Asian
• Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes
• Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in
recipes
• Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance
requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good sense of urgency, tasks accomplisher and able to work in shift
5. WAITER / WAITRESS
Specific Requirements:
• Male or Female, max 27 years old
• Diploma graduated, from Hotel or Tourism is preferable
• Having min 1 year experience in similar position
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Positive up beat service with pleasing personality and good communication skills
• Good sense of urgency, tasks accomplisher and able to work in shift
• Customer oriented and has a patient to handle complaint
• Discipline and Hard worker
• Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented
• Good performance, well groomed, attractive and energetic
6. CASHIER
Specific Requirements:
• Male or Female, min 25 years old to 27 years old
• Diploma graduated is a plus
• Having min 1 year experience in similar position
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Positive up beat service with pleasing personality and good communication skills
• Good sense of urgency, tasks accomplisher and able to work in shift
• Customer oriented
• Discipline and Hard worker
• Highly motivated, full initiative & team work oriented
• Good performance, well groomed, attractive and energetic
