Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Directly sell the companyĆ¢€™s products and services
Conduct business development activities with the aim or generating leads that can be converted to sales
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision maker and other organisations or people that may refer business to the company.
Meet and exceed the sales targets as set by the company.
Generate sales volume and value through the development and implementation of a structured, time and target sensitive sales program founded on the principal of pro-active sales.
Actively network within the:
~ Corporate companies (including, private enterprises and companies)
~ Professionals (including charted Accountants, Lawyers and consultants)
~ Institutional communities (including chambers of commerce, expat community and other organisations)
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in hotel sales & marketing business
Excellent command over spoken English and Bahasa Indonesian with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships.
Knowledge of Intermediate level of MS office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong team player also ability to work independently
Preferably Female Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
Aggressive, initiatives, pro active and highly motivated to achieve target. Team work oriented and occasionally willing to work on weekend
Full-Time positions available.
