Candidate Qualification :
min 2 year experience in similar position as sous chef at reputable villa
Ability to lead kitchen according to the highest standards
Strong training and communication skills
Indonesian and International Cuisine
Team work, dedicated, able to work long hours, hard worker and willing to work under pressure
Good leadership, trusted and self motivated. Hard worker and willing to
work under-pressure.
Able to manage food cost and use computer
