Thorough knowledge of the materials, methods, and equipment used in preparing food on a large scale
Considerable knowledge of health hazards in food preparation and service, and of necessary precautionary measures, have knowledge of a large variety of food recipes, food values, menu planning, and uses for left-over food. Able to work from written menus and standard recipes, to take inventory and keep records of foodstuffs used, to give significant assistance in planning menus, and determining quantities of foodstuffs required in preparing banquets and regular meals
Ability to work long hours while standing, Good team player with positive attitude
F&B Secretary
Efficient, team player, effective verbal and listening communications skills, computer skills including, word, excel, outlook express, proficient, time management, and very good command of English. .Fully qualified in typing and shorthand. Hard working and willing to meet deadlines.
Waitress – 2 positions
Efficient, good communication skills, highly active, friendly, service orientation, able to coordination, critical thinking, have time management, active learning and have good knowledge of FB service
