" SALES MANAGER"

The QUALIFICATION :

Manage, develop, and execute sales strategy and programs activities;
Proactively seek ideas to increase sales and profit
Managing team sales activities and well understand of Asia & Pacific area
Ensure a proper implementation of account management that targeted to increase market share & sales volume by planning, directing; coordinating and controlling all sales activities
Well Coordinate with agents or to partners below responsibility

Requirements:

Female max 35 years old
Minimum education background S1
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing at hospitality company
Having Experience of Coordinate with Hotels, Tour & Travel Agents ( Asia & Pacific Area )
Good writing and communication in English
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skill
Have leadership qualities to lead the team & have strong people management skill.
Having a hands-on approach to problem solving
Being Sales Target & Result orientated
Willing To be placed in Bali
