1. Sous Chef
The successful man or woman will be:
- Highly experienced in 5 star villa resort
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Educated to Degree level
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
- Highly motivated, energetic and outgoing personality
- Able and willing to work in a team and well as having the ability to develop and lead a successful and motivated team
2. Chef de Partie
Required Experience
- Previous 5-star experience essential
- Comfortable in a busy kitchen, and capable in all stations
- Thrives on being part of a team who are just over a year old and building up a great reputation for their food and their hospitality
