If you possess these skills then you are the right person to join our expanding team at Centara Wuku Resort & Spa :

1. Financial Controller
-    Indonesian nationality (male or female)
-    Experience in a 4* - 5* hotel background
-    Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
-    At least 5 years experience in Accounting in similar position
-    All-rounder in all fields of Accounting with proven track record
-    Fully aware of all licenses and policies required for the operation
-    Good training skills
-    Ability to communicate in English
-    Highly organized to meet goals & deadlines 

2. Human Resources Manager
-    Indonesian nationality (male or female)
-    Experience in a 4* - 5* hotel background
-    Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
-    At least 5 years experience in Human Resources in similar position
-    Fully aware of manpower regulations and policies required for the operation
-    Good training skills
-    Ability to communicate in English
-    Highly organized to meet goals & deadlines 
-    Handling a team of 300

3.Executive Assistant Manager
-    Having FO & Housekeeping experience
-    Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
-    Strong team leader
-    Pays attention to details
-    Ability to communicate in English
-    Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
-    Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
-    Must have good presentation skills

4. Director of Sales and Marketing
-    Indonesian nationality (male or female)
-    5 star Hotel background – preferable with Bali experience
-    Up-to-date with current sales trends of destination
-    Experience with local contracting in all market segments
-    Able to coordinate & lead a Sales team
-    Pre-opening experience is an advantage

5. Chief Engineer
-    Indonesian nationality (male)
-    Experience as Chief Engineer in 5 star hotel (Villas & Suites)
-    Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
-    Versatile in all Engineering backgrounds with proven track record
-    Ability to communicate in English
-    Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
-    Can work under pressure to meet deadlines

6.Front Office Manager
-    Indonesian nationality (male or female)
-    5 star Hotel background (villas and resort experience)
-    Experience in similar position for minimum 3 years is a must
-    Good command of English
-    Good organizations skills & works well under pressure
-    Strong team leader
-    Pre-opening & Bali experience is an advantage

7. Executive Housekeeper
-    Indonesian nationality (male or female)
-    Experience as Housekeeping Manager in 5 star hotel (Villas & Suites)
-    Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
-    Attention to details and comfortable in guest interaction
-    Ability to communicate in English
-    Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
-    Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed

8. Food and Beverage Manager
-    Experience as high caliber F&B Supervisor & Asst. Manager in 5 star hotel & fine dining
-    Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
-    Has a passion for food & beverage and its trends
-    Pays attention to details
-    Ability to communicate in English
-    Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
-    Organized, highly motivated, and driven to succeed
-    Must have good presentation skills

9. Personal Assistant to General Manager
-    Indonesian nationality
-    Experience in a 4* - 5* hotel background
-    Experience in Hotel Opening is advantage
-   At least 2 years experience as an Executive Secretary in similar position
-    Ability to communicate in English
-    Highly organized to meet goals & deadlines
