General qualifications:
-    4 or 5 star hotel and resort background
-    Pre-opening experience is an advantage
-    Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills
-    Minimum 2 year experiences in similar position or hospitality background
-    Good in English speaking and writing
