1. Human Resources Manager
Requirements:
· Male/Female, max. 35 years old
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology or a professional qualification in related disciplines.
· Professional experience, at least 2 years experience within the villa/hotel industry in Villa/Hotel Management.
· Expert in HR activities; recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, training and development, performance appraisal and employee relations
· Excellent problem solving & decision making capability
· Good interpersonal, Communication skills
· Excellent command of English both spoken and written
2. Human Resources Officer
Requirements:
· Male/Female, max. 35 years old
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Psychology or a professional qualification in related disciplines.
· Professional experience, at least 1 year experience within the villa/hotel industry in Villa/Hotel Management.
· Knowledgeable in organization, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal and employee relations
· Understanding Employment regulations, Payroll and Jamsostek.
· Good problem solving & decision making capability
· Good interpersonal, Communication skills
· Good command of English both spoken and written
